X-Plain works closely with technology developers to produce usable documentation at every stage of the product life cycle. These documents insure that developers (in-house or off-shore) are all “on the same page”.

During product version development, X-Plain produces blueprint and requirement documents, which assist in clarifying how the product should be developed. Later, when interim versions are live, X-Plain learns about the system processes, carries out user simulations, and develops comprehensive documentation in various hard copy and electronic formats.
